What is Perimenopause
Perimenopause is the period leading up to menopause when your body begins to change. Perimenopause includes hot flushes, vaginal dryness, decreased libido, sleeplessness, low energy, and more. It can be frustrating, but it doesn’t have to be. As a menopause advocate, coach and educator, I can help you understand the changes that come with menopause and how to manage them.
Why am I struggling with not being heard?
Recognising that maybe you are in the stage of perimenopause is the first step. However, many women then struggle to have their voices heard, and this can cause so much anxiety. But what can you do to resolve this so that you get the best care possible?
Are my relationships suffering?
Feeling detached from loved ones can be very painful during perimenopause, leading to the breakdown of relationships. But what can you do to prevent this from happening so that you can all work together to ensure that no relationship suffers?
Am I finding the workplace difficult?
Low mood, self-doubt, brain fog, and hot sweats are all symptoms of menopause which can disrupt our daily lives at work. Not knowing how to approach your employer can create further distress.

Poor nutrition, irregular exercise and increased alcohol consumption can make menopause symptoms worse. So what can you do to help yourself and control your well-being?

Firstly a little bit about me. I am passionate about nurturing women into a state of empowerment through NLP, Style and Wellness. I have reached many crossroads in my own life, which has given me the ability to empathise and work alongside all women, enabling them to develop their inner powerhouse so that they, too, can live a fulfilled life. Part of the nurturing process has provided a safe online space where women can come together and learn how to navigate menopause. This space is the Positive Menopause closed Facebook Group.
What does wellness mean to you? Is it taking time out for your mental health and spending time with loved ones or relaxing at a spa?
We may lack the confidence that we get stuck in a job we don’t like, are afraid to move forward after a break-up and even struggle with knowing what to wear.
Some of us may have been shaped by external influences, such as our parents, friends and partners, that we don’t know who we are anymore.
Sometimes we can get so caught up in our busy lives that we forget to take time for ourselves. And so everything else takes a backseat to our day-to-day life.
Wellness is a broad term that benefits you and is a way of living that helps you. 1 Hour Coaching Package

4 Week Coaching Package
Fully benefiting from a transformation package would typically take four to eight weeks to achieve your desired results.
We begin the coaching process with a conversation in which we explore all areas of your life and what has been holding you back. The initial discussion will help me better understand where you are and what we need to do to help you move forward.
8 Week Coaching Package
To be successful with any personal development or transformation, you must be willing to put in the effort. This is especially true if you want to improve your wellness, learn new skills using neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) or adopt a healthier lifestyle. With a program like the one I offer, you will have the opportunity to work with me one-on-one for one hour per week for eight weeks.
We will identify the issues holding you back from achieving your goals and create a roadmap to assist you in reaching them.
My coaching programmes are designed to help you rediscover your passion for life, give you the skills you need to succeed, and help you regain a positive and focused outlook to live a happy and balanced life.
The Coaching Program:-
- Free 30-minute discovery call.
- Four – One hour weekly or fortnightly one-to-one sessions via zoom.
