  3. c) On occasion Positive-menopause may run competitions and sample campaigns on behalf of brands. For you to receive a sample or to enter a competition you must agree to your data being collected and sent to the brand in line with the associated terms and conditions. A separate opt in box will be available which offers the opportunity to continue with a subscription to emails from said brands. This may be cancelled at any time by unsubscribing within your email.
  4. d) When a competition is entered the entrants must be over the age of 18.
  5. e) All competitions are open to UK and Eire residents only.
  6. f) All qualifying entrants who answer the question correctly will be entered into a free prize draw.
  7. g) Winners will be notified within the specified time stated on the competition, There will be no cash alternatives to any prize given.
  8. h) No competitions are open to anyone associated with Positive-Menopause.
  9. i) The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. j) Details of all winners are available upon written request.
  11. k) No responsibility can be made for entries that are interrupted by communication errors, and or are not properly received.
  12. l) By entering any competitions on the Positive Menopause website, you are agreeing to Positive Menopause sending you future emails regarding any competitions, news, update, events. Should you no longer wish to receive such emails then you can unsubscribe at any time.

This also includes the online forum.

 

18.2 Any restrictions or suspensions that may take place are without prejudice to the rights which Positive Menopause may have against you in respect of your breach of these terms and conditions, and those of the rules and regulations of the online forum.

 

18.3 Positive Menopause will be entitled to disclose your user identity and details if required or requested by a court of law or any other law enforcement authority, as per our Privacy Policy.
